Cancellations, disputes and support
Cancellation eligibility and any applicable charges are governed by the cancellation policy shown on the site and the details presented for the booking. Contact support promptly if you believe a booking or payment is incorrect.
Account restrictions and changes
We may review reports and take proportionate action for suspected fraud, safety risks, or repeated policy violations. We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with an updated date.
