Payment card details are handled by the payment provider; CuciNow stores transaction references and status needed to manage bookings.

We use information to create and secure accounts, match customers with providers, process bookings and payments, provide customer support, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations, and improve platform reliability.
Sharing and access
Booking details necessary to perform a service are shared with the relevant provider. Information may also be shared with payment, hosting, email, and support providers that help operate CuciNow, or where disclosure is required by law. We do not publish private KYC documents on public profiles.
